Exchange Policy

McKenna Swim believe that customer service should be honest & effortless. Exchanges are absolutely understandable. Your new swimwear my not fit perfectly the first time so we welcome you to exchange it for another size, style or colour run. McKenna Swim do not offer refunds & our policy is an Exchange Only Policy. Mckenna Swim do not offer physical exchanges of goods, instead we will issue you with an Electronic Credit note. This can then be used for you to seamlessly re-shop your preferred swimmer. 

For all exchanges within Australia, items must be returned within 7 business days from the date of receiving the item. All international exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days from the original shipping date. Exchange requests outside of this grace period will not be accepted. 

All Sale items are final sale. Sales include but are not limited to flash sales, coupon codes, PopUp shops and markets. Any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note, when making an exchange you may not be guaranteed your specified size, style or colour run. McKenna Swim do not mass produce our pieces, this means each bikini is part of limited range. McKenna Swim does not offer a refund policy.

All of our pieces are handmade with care. To ensure only the highest quality garments are being sent to you, all items are individually inspected before being shipped. In the unlikely instance that your swimmer is faulty, you have 30days from the date of purchase to return your goods. Upon the return we will asses the fault. McKenna Swim reserve the righteous refuse, repair or replace your swimmer. If your original item is no longer in stock for a replacement, you will be issued with a credit note. McKenna Swim will not fix colour fading, burring/pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration and colour running. Please follow the care instructions to ensure you do not encounter such problems and to prolong the life of your swimmer. McKenna Swim garments are made from delicate materials and will normally experience “wear and tear” over time. McKenna Swim holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some garments may appear slightly different shade than they actually are. 

In accordance to regulations any item returned that has been worn, marked, soiled, washed or damaged will not be accepted. All items to be exchanged must be returned in original condition, unlaundered, unworn, unused. 

McKenna Swim do not cover any postage costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is both prepaid and insured.
